Other methods on the market clean from the access lane trying to clean inward, allowing for the cleaning efforts to dissipate as traveling into the tube module, where our process is designed to physically take the cleaning within the module itself addressing all of the heating surface regardless of inline or staggered pitch tube configuration or module depth. Our process is the only process designed to your HRSG unit based on your drawings allowing successful cleaning of all the heating surface to be cleaned in each module identified to be cleaned.

Yes, we are an iceblasting company, but when it comes to HRSG tube cleaning and providing clients with a proper thorough cleaning, iceblasting by itself is not enough to provide a thorough cleaning or proper cleaning. Iceblasting is simply the process we choose to utilize with our deep cleaning technology due to the nature and benefits of dry ice. The nature of the dry ice allows for no secondary waste generated and the fouling to stay in a dry state, allowing for safe and easy clean up and no damage whatsoever to the pressure parts. There is no safety concern with the dry ice as it is utilized in its solid state and at minimal quantities, coupled with our high pressure blasting system the amount of air to dry ice is 200 times greater air than CO2. In thirty years of business we have never had a concern about CO2 build up in an HRSG unit. Each HRSG unit contains millions of cubic feet of air volume, with a consistent draft traveling through. When combined all of these items it eliminates the concern of CO2 build up ever happening in the HRSG unit.
